We are thrilled to welcome Serena Reynolds to our team! Serena has joined OTHSolutions as Vice President, leading our expanding Infrastructure Security portfolio. With nearly two decades of experience at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Serena has immeasurable expertise and accomplishments in strategic policy development, operational planning, and infrastructure security and risk management.
 
Before joining OTHSolutions, Serena led various Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) programs. In addition to advancing public policy on state and local communication interoperability with the CISA Emergency Communications Division, she most recently served as a Senior Advisor at the National Risk Management Center (NRMC). In this role, Serena advised CISA senior leaders on matters from organizational transformation to supply chain risk management, while also leading teams responsible for implementing emerging priority physical and cyber security risk management initiatives.  
 
Serena earned a Master of Science degree from George Mason University in Biodefense, and has a Bachelors in Integrative Studies with a focus on community health. Her academic background only furthered her ability to launch a successful federal career, focusing on the intricacies of biological warfare as a threat vector to critical infrastructure protection.
