Serena Reynolds possesses nearly two decades of experience at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). During this time, she has demonstrated extensive expertise and earned notable accomplishments in strategic policy development, operational planning, and infrastructure security and risk management. Her wealth of knowledge and leadership skills make her a valuable asset to our team.

Most recently, Serena led various programs at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Beyond advancing public policy on state and local communication interoperability within the CISA Emergency Communications Division, she served as a Senior Advisor at the National Risk Management Center (NRMC). In this capacity, Serena advised CISA senior leaders on diverse matters ranging from organizational transformation to supply chain risk management. She also led teams responsible for implementing emerging priority initiatives in physical and cyber security risk management.

Currently, Serena leads our expanding Infrastructure Security portfolio. Recognized as a true leader in homeland security, Serena’s results-oriented approach to building strategic coalitions and producing innovative security solutions solidifies her pivotal role and leadership within the team. Her leadership remains key in advancing objectives in the homeland security realm.
