Welcome, Serena Reynolds, our newest addition to the OTH team!

Recently, Serena joined OTHSolutions as Vice President, leading our expanding Infrastructure Security portfolio. With almost two decades of experience at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Serena brings immeasurable expertise in strategic policy development, operational planning, infrastructure security, and risk management.

Serena’s impressive background includes leading various programs at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In these roles, she advanced public policy within the Emergency Communications Division. Additionally, Serena served as a Senior Advisor at the National Risk Management Center (NRMC), providing valuable guidance to CISA’s senior leaders on organizational transformation and supply chain risk management. Serena has consistently delivered outstanding results as a leader responsible for implementing critical, physical, and cyber security risk management initiatives.

Serena earned a Master of Science degree from George Mason University in Biodefense. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Studies focusing on Community Health. Her academic background has significantly contributed to her expertise in understanding the complexities of biological warfare as a threat to critical infrastructure protection.
