Since 2021, Melissa has supported the DHS Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL), collaborating with the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) office. Throughout her time at CRCL, Melissa’s role has expanded to include various responsibilities, such as policy development, EEO case management, and training activities within the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program.
