We are excited to kick off our Employee Spotlight series by featuring Gaby Atela, our Business Analyst. Gaby has been an invaluable member of the OTHSolutions team since 2019. She initially joined us to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED). Since then, she has expanded her role and is now working with the Cybersecurity Division (CSD) within CISA, contributing to diverse support functions.

One aspect of OTHSolutions that Gaby values the most is our company culture. She is thrilled to be part of an environment that fosters exploration and encourages employees to push their boundaries. Reflecting on her experience at OTHSolutions, Gaby shared,

“OTHSolutions gives me the opportunity to feel challenged professionally. I am encouraged to take on projects in areas I am not familiar with so that I can offer my unique perspective while expanding my experience.”

Her willingness to step outside her comfort zone and embrace new challenges has been instrumental in her personal and professional growth.

Beyond her work, Gaby enjoys playing pickup volleyball and staying up-to-date with the latest movie releases. Her vibrant interests and well-rounded approach to life contribute to her effectiveness as a team member. We are grateful for Gaby and her dedication to advancing OTH’s mission.
