For today’s Employee Spotlight, we are featuring Mila Carter, PSM! Mila, Technical writer with OTHSolutions, joined us over two years ago when she supported the Pipeline Cybersecurity Initiative at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Her support to the initiative grew into a position providing broader program and mission support to the National Risk Management Center (NRMC) at CISA. During her tenure at the NRMC, Mila consulted on projects ranging from Cross-Sector Cybersecurity Performance Goals to Ransomware Risk Reduction and Space Weather. Her expertise and dedication have undoubtedly strengthened and amplified national security risk mitigation priorities. 

Mila strives to encounter a sundry of unique experiences within her profession. Recently, she had the opportunity to work on one of her long-held interests by supporting training and instructional design projects. Outside of OTHSolutions, Mila keeps busy by frequently picking up new hobbies. Her latest hobby includes woodworking, in which she crafted an adjustable standing desk from scratch!
