We are excited to feature one of OTHSolutions’ Administrative Specialists, Melissa Williams, in our Employee Spotlight series! Since 2021, Melissa has supported the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) office within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL). During this time, Melissa’s role has expanded across CRCL EEO to include supporting the development of policy, EEO case management, and training activities across the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program.  

Advancing her responsibilities and progressing her opportunities to support this important client is one of the aspects Melissa values most about OTHSolutions. She believes the OTH leaders create a culture that fosters inclusivity and transparency, and allows employees to strengthen their craft. Outside of work, Melissa considers herself to be an “avid fan” of shopping and reading – and particularly enjoyed the Bridgerton book series.
