Today’s Employee Spotlight features one of our Senior Program Managers and Team Leads, Clay Hamric, PMP! Clay supports the DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) National Risk Management Center (NRMC) and has since he joined OTHSolutions in 2020. During this time, Clay has contributed to the advancement of risk management initiatives across critical infrastructure sectors and strengthened trusted relationships across essential stakeholder groups of interest. Recently, Clay contributed to ransomware analysis and mitigation project resulting in the development of a ransomware database for CISA. As the OTH Team Lead for OTHSolutions work at the NRMC, Clay leads a handful of his colleagues across multiple workstreams and greatly appreciates the dedication his colleagues have to the missions, goals, and needs of clients. He is happy to work with a company that fosters close work relationships and encourages inclusive environments with opportunities to grow.

In his free time, Clay and his dog Fenway—as a certified therapy dog—visit hospitals, organizations, and schools to spread joy to the patients, staff, and students. Thank you, Clay, for all your hard work and for always being a positive light in OTH’s endeavors!
