Developed a maturity model to establish a baseline assessment of a sector risk management agency’s ability to effectively perform their six required functions as articulated in the FY21 NDAA, using PowerBI and a Likert Scale methodology to score current data across 70 different risk-based measures.
Led a ransomware data analysis initiative to collect, collate, catalog, store, address information gaps, and analyze over 12,000 data elements received from disparate sources. This analysis informed the development of a mapping routine which identified ransomware attack target trends to inform risk mitigation planning.
Defined and implemented a suite of immigration pilot program performance measures, for which we developed a data dictionary to document standard measures for evaluating DHS Case Management Pilot Program (CMPP) outcomes - a randomized control trial measuring the impact of DHS support services to individuals in removal proceedings. Designed and managed data randomization, merged code in R Studio and coordinated with external stakeholder to maintain data integrity. Prepared datasets for statistical analysis, protecting sensitive personal information, and translated findings into actionable insights for decision-making via a dashboard portal.
