Bill Hyjek

President & Co-Founder

Bill has 30 years of experience working on national security issues in a wide variety of roles. Bill served in the United States Army for ten years. He managed legislative initiatives both as staff in the United States Senate and in support of Department of Defense acquisition organizations. Bill has been with the Department of Homeland Security since its inception, focusing on critical infrastructure protection, incident management and technology programs. Bill leads our business development activities and manages contract implementation.

Nabeela Barbari

Executive Vice President

Nabeela has over 15 years working in national security, specifically in areas related to counterterrorism, critical infrastructure protection, and cybersecurity.  Most recently, Nabeela served as a Director for Critical Infrastructure Policy at the White House National Security Council within the Resilience and Response Directorate.  During her long tenure at DHS CISA, Nabeela most notably served as Associate Chief of Policy as well as the Deputy Associate Director of Strategy and Resources for the Cybersecurity Division. While serving as a Senior Advisor to the DHS Secretary at the Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, she provided expert guidance on policy and operations to successfully advance and accomplish the Department’s mission with a focus on civil rights across all levels of government, law enforcement, and within communities.  Nabeela also has extensive background in incident management, organizational change, community engagement, and federal budget and procurement management.
